We moved into our St Modwen home at Heathy Wood in Copthorne in August 2022. We have been so pleased with everything in the house, the layout is perfect; the finish is high quality; and the development looks lovely. The sales process was really smooth and we were kept up to date regularly by the team. We were especially well looked after by Michael Burt in the sales team who was brilliant. We have been impressed with and extremely grateful to the customer service team, especially Carl (contracts manager) and Gabrielle (customer care manager) who have been more than accommodating and dealt with our issues (which are to be expected with a new build house) proactively and efficiently. Nothing has ever been too much to ask. My partner and I both work for developers ourselves and know how tough their jobs can be so we really can’t thank the St Modwen team enough for making our experience buying and living in our new home so great.
