What are Discount to Market Homes?
As part of the local council’s response to providing low-cost homes, pre-selected plots at West Works can be bought at 80% market value subject to purchasers meeting eligibility criteria.
What’s the criteria?
- Your household income must be less than £40,000 per annum for a single person household or up to £60,000 per annum for a joint household.
- You must have a local connection to Birmingham – work, live or have a need to be in the area
- This must be your main residence (sorry, that means no investors)
