From day one when I walked into the sales office all the way through to moving into my new home, the experience was amazing. The staff were supportive and made the whole process easy, which in turn meant that I could actually look forward to owning my own home and the excitement that comes with it.
The sales team, Aaron and Liv are a credit to St Modwen. First impressions are important and from the moment I sat down, I not only felt confident that I was making the right choice, but also comfortable that I was in good hands. I had no experience in buying a new property and they were there for me through every step of the process, from managing all of the legal matters, all the way through to helping me pick the right colour schemes and decor (thank you Liv!). But what was also important to me was being able to talk to them on a human level. At no point did I feel that I was “just a number” or a customer. Aaron and Liv go above and beyond that and have a genuine care for the people that they are dealing with. This shines through above all else in my opinion. Thank you to both of you for everything that you did for me.
Prior to moving in, I had the pleasure of meeting Billy who took me on a tour of my new home and then has been there for me since, alongside Rebecca. Both have been very helpful in ensuring that any issues that have been raised were dealt with promptly. New homes are built by hand, so it is normal that there are going to be snags that are raised. My new home was no different. What is important is knowing that St Modwen take such matters seriously and look to resolve them as quickly as possible. Billy and Rebecca are brilliant and provide amazing aftercare. For full clarity, I had minor decorative bits to raise and my washer did not work when I first used it (nothing more than a kink in the hose it turns out!). Regardless, Billy and Rebecca were quick to resolve these and also take the time to check in now and then. Again, it’s the personal touch that makes the world of difference.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can say, hand on heart, that it has been a joy moving into my new home. The team at Branston Leas are the reason for that
