The best experience we could have asked for. Don’t get me wrong, we have had quite a few issues but it’s completely understandable and expected with a new build house but the overall quality of the house is fantastic with all the staff we have dealt with; at the top of their game. Starting with Paula; Kyl & Geraint, all the way through to the aftercare with Josh at the Stillwater Glan Llyn site.

A special thank you to Josh most recently as we have had a few issues which he has dealt with very professionally and efficiently – he is a credit to St Modwen and the main reason for our positive aftercare experience (which can be every challenging!).

We recently bought a Barlow style house on the Stillwater site in Glan Llyn and have been so pleased with the process having now lived here for 6 weeks. The house type itself is modern, spacious and the salesperson who did the reservation was approachable and honest (in contrast to other builders we had encountered). We’ve bought new build before but the aftercare from the team here has been the best we’ve experienced. Site manager Reuben is so approachable and accessible. He’s always been really quick to help and coordinated all snags getting fixed very quickly to a high standard. The customer care representative Josh has also been great, easy to contact and good at liaising with the site/sales as needed. We only had a small number of snags and expected to have to chase to get them sorted but our expectations have been exceeded which has helped us fall in love with our new home.

We bought a 4 bed home on the Stillwater estate at Glan Llyn. The service was fab from start to finish. The sales team were amazing, so helpful nothing too much trouble. Paula was a life saver, on the end of a phone whenever needed, knowledgeable and friendly just a pleasure to buy a home from and a main source of advice on all things before, after and during the sale. She made what could have been a stressful experience much easier for everyone and we probably relied upon her calming influence more than we should have. Reuben and Sean were absolutely brilliant and i cannot thank them enough for all their support in helping us settle and fix any minor issues on handover. They honestly went above and beyond. Josh in customer services happy to pick up any issues and sort them promptly- the service has been excellent from start to finish. And finally the site staff are all so friendly. They never mind waving at the kids (for the 100th time) who are always so excited to see them working, a wave from a digger or a builder always brightens their day and they have started to wait at the window to wave to Luke as he locks up. Just a really friendly site with quality homes, the design and finish inside is great and feels more high spec than it is. Compared to previous new builds this has been a much better experience with less snagging and prompt friendly service to get things right where needed. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We live on Stillwater site, Newport, Wales, moved in September 22, we have not purchased a new build before and did not understand the concept of snagging. We spoke to the site (Paula) who was very helpful and gave us an email and telephone to call Rubin and Josh Beesley for various snags.
Both Josh and Ruben have been fantastic very professional and understanding.
Our snags were dealt with quickly, without any disruption to us.
When ever we contact Josh, he would contact us and arrange to visit. Josh would promptly resolve any issues.
Excellent Customer Service and appreciate for all the service provided from the day we moved in.
We love our house it gives warmth and welcoming vibes.
