From my initial enquiry (telephone call) the sales Team were very proactive and helpful. Mercedes spent 2 hours with me discussing and answering my list of questions in the site office and in the show house. Nothing was too much trouble. Some documents had to emailed to me, they were received the next morning as promised. The areas that she couldn’t answer, she followed up with another visit to site arranging for me to meet the site manage and project manager. They were very friendly, helpful and exceptionally professional. I’m delighted to have started the ‘buying’ process.

I have recently brought a property with St Modwen on the Meon Vale development ( Warwickshire). My experience has been absolutely wonderful. Firstly the sales team made me feel so welcome, they weren’t pushy or overbearing they just made it a really fun, yet informative experience. On reserving my plot I was nervous that the customer service would drop off, well it absolutely didn’t. Mercedes was amazing, she let me into the plot I was buying to measure up on several different occasions, any questions I had were answered and the day she handed me the keys on completion I could do nothing but cry in complete gratitude. What an amazing experience.

Like any new build, there was snagging to be done and that’s when Dean from the site team took over. He has just been fabulous. He regularly contacts me to advise me what’s been done, and when outstanding snags will be completed. The staff/contractors he sends around have been polite, courteous, and hardworking, a pleasure to have in the house. Dean never makes me feel like a pain, and will always come and have a look at anything at his earliest convenience. Today Dave Powell was around working, he did a wonderful job and Dean popped in regularly to make sure things were going to schedule and that I was happy with the work being carried out. I would highly recommend St Modwen if you are looking to buy a new build home.
