I live on Hendrefoilan Park in Swansea, the site is fantastic. I did have some historical issues that I had to unfortunately escalate, however I was contacted by a Samuel Bishop from Head office him and his team were fantastic all issues were resolved within a couple of weeks.

One of the highlights of the house is the design it’s light and airy I would highly recommend St Moderns Homes they may not have got everything 100% right but they know how to put things right.
