[This review relates to Phase 2 of the Cofton Park site in Birmingham]

I recently purchased a new-build home from StModwen and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the very beginning the on-site Sales team were incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and providing valuable advice.

As the build progressed, I was invited to several viewings accompanied by a manager from the site team. This transparent approach kept me involved and showcased both the high standard of materials used and the quality of building work and craftsmanship. The attention to detail throughout made it evident that StModwen take great pride in the homes they create.

Since moving in, the team here at Cofton Park have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything I needed was taken care of and that any minor issues were addressed promptly. Their dedication to ensuring that I am happy with my new home is hugely appreciated, as is the polite and considerate behaviour from the construction staff who are still on site.

Overall, I cannot recommend StModwen enough. Their pre-purchase assistance, build-quality and features, and ongoing help have all been outstanding. Thanks for making my home-buying experience such a positive one! 🙂

I recently have moved onto the Cofton Park estate on Hodington Way, Jayne made the experience very smooth and ensured I was kept informed throughout the entire process which was a blessing knowing how quickly things can move with solicitors etc.

After moving in, the customer focused experience has been second to none, Lizzy got in touch with me to ensure everything was as expected, and any issues that has been raised was always dealt with promptly by Nab onsite.

Moved into our new St. Modwen’s home (Cofton) in June/July of last year. Couldn’t be happier with the service received and the overall quality of the house. Jayne in sales dealt with us the most when it come to general communication(s) and purchasing extras – she was brilliant. Gemma then dealt with us once we’d moved in and she was extremely reliable, prompt and effective when it come to dealing with any snags that we encountered. And to this day, Lizzy from the customer service team has been excellent when dealing with any queries we’ve had or any additional snags that have developed over time. Overall, very happy with the house and the service provided from St. Modwen’s. Have recommended to a number of people looking to buy. Well done to all involved 🙂
