I moved into the Littlecombe Dursley site before Christmas, the plot did have a few issues that the site team were closing out slowly. I made a complaint and within 30mins someone senior called Samuel contacted me and made an appointment to visit me the next day. He was very professional and empathetic in his approach and quickly started closing out all our issues, with the assistance of Dave who was also fantastic.
