When their previous home had been on the market for six months without any real interest, Kailey, 34 and her husband Kimi Brammer, 33, started searching for a hassle-free and quick way to get them into their new dream home.
The couple, who were expecting their second child at the time, had already decided that they wanted to live in Uttoxeter. It wasn’t until they had a conversation with the Bramshall Meadows sales team that they realised St. Modwen Homes’ Part Exchange scheme was the perfect solution for them.
Kailey told us: “The whole process of buying with St. Modwen Homes was an absolute dream. Kimi and I were struggling to sell our bungalow in Stoke-on-Trent and had already been through the stress of having a sale fall through. When we spoke with sales executive Liz at Bramshall Meadows, she explained all about their Part Exchange scheme and it was such a huge relief for us.
“Within 6 weeks we were able to move into the four-bedroom Chichester house type and we couldn’t be happier.”
Kimi added: “Upsizing our home was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Not only has it given me space to set up a home office but the fact it is a new build meant we didn’t need any work doing, which is great when you have two young children.
“We love so many things about our new home. From the bi-folding doors in the kitchen, to the separate shower room, the extra storage space and most importantly, the garden. It’s so great that we are able to give our 3 year old, Niko, some outdoor space where he can safely run around.
Kailey continues: “The sense of community at Bramshall Meadows is a lovely bonus for us. We felt at home straight away and there’s a Facebook and WhatsApp group where all the residents come together. It’s such a nice place for a young family like us and we look forward to creating many happy memories in our new home with Niko and our 3 month old, Raphael.”
