Josh Anstey, 27, and his partner Laura Chapman, 23, previously owned a one-bedroom property in Bristol. In search of more living space, they found their dream home nestled in the middle of the picturesque Welsh countryside, at our Stillwater development in Llanwern, Newport.

Laura added: “We were the first ones to move to the development in October and since then, we’ve seen a beautiful community coming together right in front of our eyes.
“The development looks exceptional! It’s so nice and tidy, with lots of well-kept green spaces and we have a lake just 10 minutes from our home. The houses at Stillwater look really polished and well-put together too, making it such a tranquil and peaceful place to live.”
After exploring the different property types within the Pure range, the three-bedroom Tanzanite house type really stood out to Josh and Laura.
Laura said: “We fell in love with the Tanzanite because of the stunning features and great living space the home comes with. The stairs in the lounge add so much character, and the huge floor to ceiling windows really caught my attention straight away!”
With Laura working as a reception supervisor for the NHS, the couple were able to use the Key Worker Discount, which meant they were offered a bespoke deal on home extras.
Commenting on their home buying experience, Laura told us: “We absolutely love our home and the Key Worker Discount was such a great help!
