Our Responsible Operating Practices Charter lays out the standards we set ourselves – standards we expect all our supply chain partners to make every effort to implement.
The purpose of this Charter is:
- To communicate the St. Modwen Responsible Business Ambitions, and the standards we wish to operate to
- To inspire our partners to set aligned goals and underpin responsible ways of working
- To explain how responsible operating practices will be embedded within our supply chain management process
- To highlight opportunities for further engagement, capacity-building, and integration of responsible business practices, with links to useful resources that address each of our six Responsible Business pillars
And, of course, we expect our suppliers to operate in accordance with all regulatory and legislative requirements; maintaining practices to ensure effective corporate governance.
