We’re doubling our Key Worker incentive to say ‘Thank you!’

Many sacrifices have been made over the past year and all of us will have missed out on much-needed quality time with family and friends. This is even truer for our Key Workers, who have led the fight against Covid-19 and have continually gone above and beyond to keep us all safe.

On Sunday 4th July, the nation will take part in Thank You Day, coming together to celebrate the wonderful individuals and teams who have done so much for us during the pandemic. To celebrate this momentous occasion, we are going to double the value of our Key Worker incentive for one weekend only!

Joanne Winston, Sales Director at St. Modwen Homes said: “During the pandemic, our homes became our sanctuary – the place where we could all feel safe and take our minds off what was happening in the outside world. Since May 2020, we’ve given key workers a bespoke offer to ensure their new home was everything they wanted and more. As the effects of Covid-19 continue to rumble on, we wanted to do something which would acknowledge their continued hard work and dedication – doubling the value of our usual offer is our way of saying ‘Thank you!’

Martin Install, Regional Managing Director for the North at St. Modwen Homes said: “So many families are personally affected by the pandemic. We’ve all seen how heroic our key workers have been and the difference they have made during our time of need. In recognition, we’re extending Thank you Day across a full weekend, giving key workers extra opportunities to make big savings.”

What is the key worker deal?

Our Key Worker incentive is unlike any other – if you currently work in critical or essential industries, you are eligible for a tailor-made offer when purchasing your new home.

The big difference is that you can choose how to make the offer work best for you, ensuring you make savings in the areas which suit your own requirements and circumstances.*

Whether you’re looking for a contribution towards flooring, turf and kitchen upgrades, or would rather a reduction in legal fees and moving costs, our Sales Consultants will work with you to understand your needs, before creating a unique deal that will help to turn your dream move into a reality.

The key worker weekend: Saturday 3rd – Sunday 4th July 2021

Throughout this special weekend, any eligible key worker who reserves a property with St. Modwen Homes can expect to secure a deal worth double the usual rate.

Your local Sales team will explain all that this entails and work with you to ensure you’re getting the very best deal.

When NHS Therapy Radiographer Vicki Bridges, 32, and Occupational Therapist Nicola Moss, 30, decided it was time to take a step up from their old apartment, they were delighted to learn that they could purchase their dream property and make big savings, with help from St. Modwen Homes.

Vicki explained: “As we are both key workers, we were eligible for a bespoke deal and received free standard flooring and a percentage contribution towards stamp duty. It’s been such a difficult year for all of us, but this definitely made us feel appreciated by St. Modwen Homes.

“Throughout the process, sales executive Julie went above and beyond for us.  She worked tirelessly with The New Homes Group to allow us to buy our dream plot and we couldn’t be more thankful.”
