We’re keeping calm and carrying on!
On the 31st October, the Government announced that the UK will go into a second period of lockdown, which is expected to last from Thursday 5th November until at least 2nd December.
While restrictions are being re-introduced across the country, construction is one of the industries which is currently allowed to continue. As a result, business for St. Modwen Homes will operate as normal throughout this period of lockdown.
This means that construction sites will remain open, you can still book an appointment or a virtual appointment to speak to our Sales team and we do not expect any delays for those who are in the process of buying their dream home.
As always, the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers remains our highest priority. Social distancing measures are in place on site and during appointments and we’ll continue to review processes to ensure that we are operating within current guidelines. All customers must wear a facemask throughout whilst visiting our developments.
