The scheme is close to excellent transport links to Birmingham via Longbridge train station – offering direct access to the city centre in around 20 minutes. Additionally, it is close to the A38 and associated bus routes and National Cycle Route 5 (NCR5).
Dave Smith, Managing Director at St. Modwen Homes, said:
“Housebuilding is at the very forefront of the economy – now more than ever. So we’re delighted to receive the unanimous decision from Birmingham City Council for our new apartments in Longbridge Town Centre.
“Not only is Longbridge one of St. Modwen’s most successful urban regeneration projects, but it is also our home. It is such an honour to bring our contemporary style and thoughtful approach to home design to the area at last.”
The development will include 10% affordable housing priced at a 20% discount of the market sale values. Along with the apartments, the scheme will include 28 car parking spaces and secure storage parking for 56 bicycles.
