To qualify for the discount, prospective buyers at these two developments must meet certain criteria including a maximum household income of £80,000 and must be able to demonstrate a local connection to East Staffordshire*.

That could mean you’ve lived in the area for at least five years, have a need to be close to relatives for support purposes or are able to prove that there is a need for a household member to live close to their workplace.

For both developments, those buying within the scheme must also intend to occupy the dwelling as their sole residence.

These low-cost homes aren’t just open to first-time buyers either, if you’ve owned a property before or have a change in circumstances, then you may still be able to buy on the scheme. Simply contact the development of your choice for more information and to see if you qualify.
