St. Modwen Homes achieves two awards for customer satisfaction

We are proud to have been recognised for our outstanding customer service by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and specialist market research company, In-house Research.

For the second year in a row, we have been awarded a prestigious 5-star rating for customer satisfaction from the HBF. An independent survey of new homebuyers, carried out between October 2019 and September 2020, revealed that over 96% of St. Modwen Homes’ customers would recommend us to a friend.

In addition, we have also achieved a ‘Gold’ award in the latest independent customer satisfaction survey run by In-house Research. Over 97% of customers contacted who bought a home between 1st January and 31st December 2020, said they would recommend St. Modwen Homes.
