While we have closed our Marketing Suites and Show Homes at all our developments, our sales team is available remotely, by telephone, email and video call, to support you on your home buying journey. We’ve also enhanced the property pages on our website to include additional photo galleries and show home videos, letting you see inside our new homes in more detail than ever.
So, while you browse from your sofa, we are available to answer any questions you may have about a specific house type, availability, or the home buying journey with St. Modwen Homes. Please feel free to get in touch.

A limited amount of construction work may still be continuing across our developments, in line with the latest guidance from the Government and Public Health England. This continuation of work helps us to deliver much-needed new homes for our customers who have already committed to a moving date.

In line with social distancing guidelines, front line Customer Service teams will no longer be visiting our customers in their home. Telephone, email and video conferencing are available, and our team is on hand to support you with any enquiries.

In the unlikely event that you have an emergency within your home, we are committed to ensuring this is acted upon swiftly and with minimum disruption.

Our Customer Service teams are working normally and can be reached on 0333 241 8992 for homeowners in the Midlands and North and 01173 167 770 for homeowners in the South West and London. If you need to report anything out of hours, our Emergency Response Centre can be contacted on 0845 307 4894 and will be happy to help.
