300 new homes at exciting new Ditton development

We have submitted a planning application to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council to start building Orchard Mill, a brand new housing development in Ditton.

Orchard Mill, formerly known as Ditton Edge, will be located just 4.6 miles away from the popular town of Maidstone, and St. Modwen Homes is keen to fit into the surrounding area by creating a brand-new and thriving community.

The development will become home to a variety of 300 properties, with a range of 1,2,3,4 and 5-bedroom homes on the cards – making it an absolute must-see for those looking to find their dream home in the area.

There are also plans underway to ensure Orchard Mill is a local haven to existing and future residents, with green spaces and play facilities sure to appeal to all. Being new to the area, we are excited to get started on this project, with the hopes of building a thriving community within the Orchard Mill development.

With that in mind, we will be holding an exhibition on Wednesday 23rd March from 4.00pm to 8.00pm for local residents and key stakeholders, to give them the chance to meet the developer and view the proposals. Working closely with local residents is a key priority for St. Modwen Homes, in order to make sure Orchard Mill has a positive effect on the area.
