How to recommend a friend

Referring a friend is really easy, just follow these simple steps:

Complete a Recommend a Friend card and give it to the party you’re referring
If you don’t have a card, mention it to our on-site sales team and they’ll be able to give one to you
Ask the party you’re recommending to fill out their info and hand it over to the sales consultant when reserving their new home
Once they legally complete on their new home, you’ll both receive £250
