We have received a five-star rating from the National Housebuilders Federation for customer satisfaction following customer survey results which show that 96% of our customers would recommend us.
Outside we were blown away with the quality of the home, and once we walked into the Homebuyer Hub – the level of customer service was amazing, the whole experience has been perfect!
So far this year we have achieved
- We have an outstanding award for Customer Satisfaction 2019/2020 – Highest award from In-house.
- Net Promoter score of +74 – The Net Promotor Score is a measurement used globally across all industries to provide an indication of customer satisfaction and our score ranks amongst the best.
- A number of our developments have been awarded the Considerate Constructors 2020 National Site Award. These demonstrate that we follow the Code of Considerate Practice which involves providing a supportive and caring working environment, the highest levels of safety performance, awareness of environmental impacts, and contribution to the local community.
- A number of our site managers have received the National House-Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job quality awards.
The sales team has been really accommodating from the start and we used the Help to Buy scheme to help us move into our dream home. We hope to buy with St. Modwen again when we need a bigger home!
