Showhomes & Homebuyer Hubs open by appointment

To help create a safe and welcoming atmosphere and to adhere to all current guidance, we’ve made some changes to help keep you and our Sales Consultants as safe as possible.

We’ll only be conducting appointments with single groups of up to two people, and we’ll ensure there’s plenty of time to explore our Showhomes and speak to our Sales Consultants. From the 24 July 2020, all homebuyers will be required to wear a face mask or covering whilst in our Homebuyer Hubs and show homes. Please ensure that you bring one with you to your appointment.

We’ve also rearranged our Homebuyer Hubs so that there’s more room and less furniture, which will help us all maintain 2m distance, and we’ve added Video Doorbells so you can let us know you’ve arrived remotely.

When you arrive we’ll ask you to use our hand sanitising stations and also wear protective gloves. While we’d love to welcome you with a handshake and a coffee, we’ll be maintaining social distance at all times.

Showhomes will be fully open for you to explore, and if you require any brochures, floorplans, or site plans, we’ll display them digitally and email anything you need following your appointment.

Finally, it’s important to note, we won’t have any toilet facilities or refreshments available during your visit.

Jo Winston, Sales & Marketing Director, explained:

“We’re obviously thrilled that we can get our homebuyers to our developments, but we’re incredibly aware of our responsibility for their safety and the safety of our team members.

“From our carefully considered private appointments to all of the new procedures we’ve put in place, we’re sure that homebuyers will enjoy a safe and inspirational environment when they visit our developments.

“And while it’s is fantastic for us to reopen our developments, over the past few months we’ve come to understand how important it is for us to support our homebuyers digitally.

“Whether it’s been through email, phone call or video call, it’s been a privilege to get to know our homebuyers so closely on their remote buying journeys. So going forward, we’re delighted to continue to provide digital guidance and virtual support through our dedicated Digital Sales Consultants.”
