As part of our Responsible Business Ambitions we have made clear commitments to offering forces-friendly policies and supporting people with
military connections within our business. This includes:

Five days additional paid leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers.

Flexible Working arrangements to support family members of those in the Armed Forces or Reservists, particularly during periods of deployment.

We remain committed to providing sustainable employment opportunities and work with partners such as the Careers Transition Partnership (CTP), Forces Family Jobs (FFJ) and Morson Forces to actively promote job vacancies and connect with the wider Forces community.
