If you’ve seen the St. Modwen home you want to purchase but it’s not yet been officially released for sale, the Early Bird Scheme gives you the chance to make it yours.
STEP 1: Choose your new St. Modwen home
The Early Bird Scheme is available on selected developments where properties are yet to be released and currently fall within the next 12-month period.
STEP 2: Complete the Reservation Form
Once you have chosen your St. Modwen home, you must be pre-qualified and in a proceedable position. You can then complete a quick and easy Reservation Form with one of our Sales Consultants.
STEP 3: Pay a £150 refundable deposit
Secure your Early Bird reservation with a fully refundable £150 Early Bird reservation fee.
STEP 4: First Refusal
When your selected property is released for sale, you will have first refusal.
If for any reason you cannot proceed with the purchase of your chosen property, St. Modwen Homes will return your Early Bird reservation fee with no questions asked.
