St. Modwen Homes has been named Residential Developer of the Year at the East Midlands Property Dinner, a prestigious regional event that celebrates the key developments and deals in the East Midlands property sector over the past year.
The national homebuilder, which has 23 live development across the UK and 12 in the Midlands, triumphed over a shortlist other leading property developers to claim the award at the ceremony hosted by Colin Murray at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre.
St. Modwen Homes was recognised for its transformations of unused industrial sites and brownfield land into attractive, aspirational environments, creating not only homes but thriving sustainable communities. Egstow Park in Clay Cross, Derbyshire is one such development, which has seen the regeneration of 204 acres of land and will eventually be home to 840 two, three and four-bedroom new homes.
