Rule of thumb seems to be that buying a new home is stressful and time consuming. But my experience couldn’t have been any better with St Modwen.

From day one when I walked into the sales office all the way through to moving into my new home, the experience was amazing. The staff were supportive and made the whole process easy, which in turn meant that I could actually look forward to owning my own home and the excitement that comes with it.

The sales team, Aaron and Liv are a credit to St Modwen. First impressions are important and from the moment I sat down, I not only felt confident that I was making the right choice, but also comfortable that I was in good hands. I had no experience in buying a new property and they were there for me through every step of the process, from managing all of the legal matters, all the way through to helping me pick the right colour schemes and decor (thank you Liv!). But what was also important to me was being able to talk to them on a human level. At no point did I feel that I was “just a number” or a customer. Aaron and Liv go above and beyond that and have a genuine care for the people that they are dealing with. This shines through above all else in my opinion. Thank you to both of you for everything that you did for me.

Prior to moving in, I had the pleasure of meeting Billy who took me on a tour of my new home and then has been there for me since, alongside Rebecca. Both have been very helpful in ensuring that any issues that have been raised were dealt with promptly. New homes are built by hand, so it is normal that there are going to be snags that are raised. My new home was no different. What is important is knowing that St Modwen take such matters seriously and look to resolve them as quickly as possible. Billy and Rebecca are brilliant and provide amazing aftercare. For full clarity, I had minor decorative bits to raise and my washer did not work when I first used it (nothing more than a kink in the hose it turns out!). Regardless, Billy and Rebecca were quick to resolve these and also take the time to check in now and then. Again, it’s the personal touch that makes the world of difference.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can say, hand on heart, that it has been a joy moving into my new home. The team at Branston Leas are the reason for that

Olivia assisted-my wife and I , in visiting the plot that we were given, after a few issues . Besides, she also , sent us photos on how far the house was progressing . Eventually, I really appreciated the help she gave us when during the period we visited Branston Leas.Arron joined afterwards , as Olivia had moved onto a another site , Arron was very professional in his approach as sales team member . Bill and Rebecca , on the house build we also had great knowledge of the build process and kept us updated us every step , from the skeleton to the finished property . My wife and I did not experience any negativeness’s from both , in fact all the teams . A great credit to the trainers and their management team . We feel you have to really look after them as an asset to st modwen company .

Eventually, I really appreciated the help she gave us when during the period we visited Branston Leas.

Really helpful team, the house is amazing, we fell in love with it at first sight, Olivia and Aaron at Branston Leas site have been extremely helpful as well.

Well, I must say a massive thank you to ST Modwen in advance for allowing me to reserve my new home for the second time. Most importantly Aaron (BranstonLeas), who has been one of the most helpful soul, I cannot find the right words to describe his attitude, patience and humility.
First of all, his level of communication is excellent, he keeps you abreast throughout the whole process, and very transparent from the initial stage of things. He is a real one, and I truly appreciate his help and support for these past months. My journey has been an roller coaster with few obstacles that were in the way and even if things doesn’t come to fruition, I am still very grateful for having a second chance.

After my second attempt was made with reserving my new home with ST Modwen, I can now say that I have now moved in with a happy smile. I am so over the moon I don’t know how to embrace it .The process this time took under 5 weeks with me selling my home and reserving one of ST Modwen. Following my previous experience with selling my home was challenging which resulted in ST Modwen pulling out,
this was not there fault as they were very patient with me.
They however gave me a second chance to reserve and for that, I am truly grateful and thankful for the team at Branston Leas and a very special thank you to Aaron at Branston Leas) who fought my battle with me. He had more faith than I did, however with much reassurance from him, he made me felt at ease. Aaron has fought since January to get my house sale complete, going back and forth with solicitors, Estate agents etc. and what I really appreciate the most was that he didn’t judge me or look down on me in any negative way. I was able to reserve my home for the second time because of him as he was fully aware of what I had been through.
I have no regrets whatsoever, I am in love with the environment, so peaceful and my children feels safe to go out. I love my home, as it gives me everything I had asked for. Thank you ST Modwen, Aaron and to the rest of the team at Branston Leas. Good Job.

It’s a big move for us to buy a newbuild and I am so glad that we chose St Modwen. From reservation to completion, from snagging to after-sale customer service, everything was well-informed and professionally undertaken.

Olivia made things so smooth before we were hand with the key of the house. We felt her sincere passion on helping customers throughout the whole process.

James did a perfect job on the management of his team onsite. Thanks to his professional team and quality control, the house was built to a very high standard with only a few items, which were not serious as well, needed to be followed up.

Rebecca helped us a lot on solving these snagging items. Always swift in response and deliver the best to customers. And we trust that we are in good hands with her thoughtful arangement and experienced service.
