St. Modwen Homes endeavours to resolve any problems you may encounter when purchasing your new home, but if any issues fall outside our normal working hours you can be rest assured your problem will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our out of hours service operates 5.00pm – 8.30am Monday to Friday and from 4pm on Friday to 8.30am Monday. Bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year. The service is provided for emergency situations only.
