Emma Beynon says it was value for money that attracted her and her husband Tom to the four-bedroom Garnet house at Hendrefoilan Park in Swansea.
She explained: “We looked around so many houses but kept coming back to this one because it offered so much more for our budget. It’s a really good size inside and out, has a clean, modern design and some brilliant fixtures and fittings. One of my favorite features is the full height central window as it creates such a bright and open hallway, both upstairs and downstairs. The vaulted ceiling is also a nice touch that you don’t find in many new build homes. And then there’s the double garage and driveway, and the six ring hob and spotlights in the kitchen – we didn’t come across another developer who offered these as standard.”
This is the fourth house that Emma and Tom have bought – and Emma says she won’t be moving again! Since moving in she has had a baby girl called Ferne – Hendrefolian Park’s first baby – and also has a little boy called Jack, who is nearly three. Hendrefoilan Park provides the Beynons with a well-located and safe environment for their family to grow in and enjoy.
“Before moving to Hendrefoilan Park we didn’t really know the area but there’s so much on our doorstep to explore – including The Mumbles and the beautiful Gower Coast. Plus it only takes my husband ten minutes to get to his job at Three Cliffs Bay,” Emma added. “We are also surrounded by very good schools, with shops, parks, and other amenities all within a good distance. It’s a really well planned, leafy development in exactly the kind of location we were looking for and it will meet our needs now and in the future. The sales team at St. Modwen Homes was really efficient and pleasant throughout the buying process too – we had a great experience with them.”
