What are Discounted Homes?
As part of the local council’s response to providing low-cost homes in East Staffordshire, pre-selected plots at Bramshall Meadows can be bought with a 20% discount subject to purchasers meeting eligibility criteria.
What’s the criteria?
Criteria levels can change depending on the plot so we always recommend speaking to our Sales Consultants who can confirm the current criteria level of your preferred home and will also be able to confirm if you qualify.
The Sabina current eligibility criteria:
- You must be an eligible person to qualify for the discount to market homes with a combined maximum household income of £80,000 per annum
- You must also intend to occupy the dwelling as your sole residence
- You must be able to demonstrate a local connection to East Staffordshire administrative area as set out in the eligibility criteria.
