From initially enquiring to reserving our plot, Tigan (sales assisitant) has been supportive, reassuring and always at hand to answer any questions, it has been her guidance that made the whole process stress-free.

Steve Milner (site manager) ensured we understood the the logistics of our home and that we were happy with how things worked within before we moved in which was extremely useful and supportive.

Bob Jarvis (site manager), has been absolutely wonderful, no request was too big or small. From sorting, promptly, minor snags, to offering guidance after moving in. He has made our settling in process easy and to know that he is only a phone call away, has been incredibly reassuring.

A wonderful team, at Bramshall Meadows, has made the moving into our beautiful home memorable.

Friendly and helpful staff

We are absolutely in love with our new home. Whenever we have had any queries or questions Bob has always been very polite and professional. Bob helped us straight away where possible and has looked after us from the moment we had a walk around before our home was completed.

We have recently purchased our first home through St Modwen’s – Bramshall and they have been really helpful. Any work we wanted doing they came and did it for us. Site manager came to check in on us regularly to see if everything was ok. Quick communication, really friendly team and we absolutely love our home!

We’ve recently moved into the Bramshall Meadows estate and we love it. The service we have received from the second we started the process has been amazing!

I’ve recently moved into the Bramshall Meadows estate and I cannot stress how amazing our buildre Bob Jarvis had been with any little snags we’ve come across after the move. We call him or text him and hes around to see you within the hour if he can. Hes great.

I bought a plot on Bramshall meadows development, had very good service from the minute we started the process. Nothing has been to much of Bob, Joe and Steve always been happy to help and fixed any problems we had. The house itself is wonderful, very well laid out, beautiful kitchen decor as well. Would highly recommend buying with St Modwens!

I moved into my house recently in Uttoxeter (bramshall meadows) everything has gone quite smoothly. The staff have been brilliant and very helpful. Found a few snags as expected but Bob Jarvis the site manager has sorted these out very quickly couldn’t speak more highly of him. Very professional! Highly recommend ST modwen homes for anyone wanting to buy a new house!
